You can now open support tickets directly on [valkyrieee.com/user/tickets](https://www.valkyrieee.com/user/tickets) no Discord required!
Choose a category, describe your issue and chat with our staff directly through the website.
🔗 Discord Sync
If your Discord is linked, your ticket is automatically synced with a private Discord channel. Reply from either Discord or the website, it's the same conversation.
🔔 Notifications
You'll get instant website notifications for new replies, or an email if you're offline.
📢 Announcements
All announcements are now also available at [valkyrieee.com/announcements](https://www.valkyrieee.com/announcements), so you can stay updated without Discord.

I finally dropped the first big update since the new UI landed, and this one's packed with fixes a lot of you have been waiting on!
If you're currently in-game, make sure you re-inject before your next raid. Full details can be found on #updates channel on our discord server.
Also, tarkov is waking up slowly, new event is dropping and patch 1.0.4.0 is right around the corner, most likely coming with a wipe or at least some kind of PvP reset.
Once that drops, our site-wide discount ends, so if you've been sitting on the fence now's the time!

I'm currently working on several improvements and updates. If you find any bugs, glitches, or have suggestions, please open a support ticket and let me know.
I also want to address people asking "is the software safe?". Yes, the software remains undetected for over 3 years.
However, remember that features marked as "unsafe" still carry an elevated risk of a ban if abused. For example loot through walls - the game performs checks on loot in closed rooms, so abusing it can get you flagged.
Since we have many new players after the 1.0 release, remember to watch your stats such as headshot ratio, KD, and accuracy. Even if you play legit, something like a 70%+ headshot ratio can still look suspicious and get you banned.
We also added a new "Announcements" page on our website where important updates will be posted alongside Discord announcements.
