Because the items sold here are digital, when you buy something on Valkyrieee.com, you’re giving up your right to cancel the purchase. However, if there’s a problem on our end, we might replace or refund your item, depending on what our staff decides. Trying to get a refund (without first trying to come to a solution) will cancel your digital product, and you might get banned from our software.
Modifications & Copyright Removal
When you buy and download any products from this website, you agree not to share or sell them, or any part of the design, in any way. Sharing these files (for example, on file-sharing websites or elsewhere) is strictly forbidden. If you’re caught sharing any files from Valkyrie or if you purchase an item for someone else’s website, your account will be banned immediately, without warning or refund. Exceptions to this rule include official resellers and purchases made through official resellers.
Product Updates
On regular occasions our products may be updated. Depending on the developer the time this takes may vary. During this time you are requested not to ask for any ETA as we sometimes cannot tell due to the nature of our digital products. We will notify everyone using our Discord channel as well as the Status page. During these updates it may be that the purchased product is not available for use. Compensation of subscription time depends on the managment and the nature of the cause for update.

Account and Key sharing
Users are strictly prohibited from sharing their account with third parties, as their digital key is bound to the Hardware ID (HWID) of their computer. Doing so may also result in immediate account suspension or banning. It’s important to note that the company assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen digital keys.

Any attempt to intercept, reverse-engineer, manipulate, decompile, or crack our software is strictly prohibited. The service providers of this website are not liable for any user-generated content or accounts. Content shared here reflects the views of the author alone.

Accounts may be restricted or terminated in response to any malicious behavior toward staff members.

The term “Lifetime” pertains to the duration of the user’s forum account, which may be terminated at the discretion of Valkyrieee staff members.
Advertising other service providers by name, URL, or media is prohibited.
